What this website collects
The hosting infrastructure may process technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. With your consent, Google Analytics measures website visits and the Meta Pixel measures visits and campaign performance. These non-essential services do not load when you reject them.
Cookies and consent
Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. If you accept, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may set or read identifiers and receive information about your visit. You can reject non-essential tracking or change your choice at any time.
Project enquiries
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter, including your name, email address, project type, location, timing and message, is used only to respond to the enquiry and manage the potential working relationship. The form is delivered using FormSubmit, an external form-processing service. Do not include confidential production information in the first message.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiry information is processed because you asked for a response and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract. Analytics and marketing technologies are used only with your consent. Messages are kept only as long as needed for correspondence, contractual administration, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Service providers
The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts are loaded. FormSubmit processes contact-form submissions for delivery to hi@storyremote.com. If you consent to non-essential tracking, Google Analytics and Meta Platforms may process information about your visit under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Subject to Belgian and European data-protection law, you may withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing.
